What happens while I take showers...

The other day while I was taking a shower...my little 2 year old decided to paint her own toe nails and to smear lotion in her hair and all over herself....That is just one of the joys of having a two year old....Another funny thing that happend about a week or so ago is SKyla was taking a nap and it had been about 4 hours when I finally decided that it was strange she was taking such a long nap anyways when I went to get her she had a pen with her and had colored all over herself and I mean all over every inch of her arms and legs and face was covered as well as her flower sheets...and quite a few of her toys...I blame it all on Wes....He drew a heart on her hand a couple weeks ago and that was the end!

well this week has been great! I decided that this extra pregnancy weight has got to go and I decided to get a little motivated about it....so I went to the workout room by where we live and decided to get my butt moving...I also played in a soccer game it was a little crazy paying co-ed I forgot how it was to play with a bunch of big guys but I held my own and had 2 assists....I can't wait to get in better shape so I can help the team out a little more then I did...however I had to play the whole game and it was very hard I think I know what it feels like to have asthma...lol....I am going to have a girls night tonight with some of my good friends down here we are going to go to a country concert...when it comes to concerts down here not very many people come so I am just excited to go to one! we are all going to leave our kids with our husbands....very scary....we all have new borns....which is another thing...all my friends that were pregnant with me had boys...so kambry has the pick of the liter...anyways...I am so excited to have a night without kids...I am also a little nervous because tomorrow I am speaking at my friends baptism....wish me luck...I hope I can say something important! Ok one more thing I did go and get the girls pictures taken today also....Of course I had to do it in Jazz gear...last time I tried I had them in cute easter dresses...and my girls must not have liked the clothes because they were so much better this time....

My first Post

okay so I am trying to figure out this blog thing...it seems pretty cool and a fun way to keep a record of my silly day to day stuff. So a little about what has been going on in our lives....we recently welcomed our second daughter to this world on March 14th...she came in at 8 lbs 3 oz and was 18.5 inches long we named her Kambry LaRae....I am old fashioned and love using family names as middle names...so LaRae came from my mom's mom....anyhow March is going to be a very busy month from now on.....Kambry the 14th, me the 19th and Skyla the 21st...we are going to have a big birthday week!!! I felt bad for Skyla this year because I was pretty sore from having the baby still and could only do a pizza party and had to buy a store cake for her...she still seemed to have a lot of fun and enjoyed the toy piano we bought her......I also think it is very important to get birthday pictures.....although Skyla has never been one of those kids that hold still and smile...Wes and I still took her and Kambry and of course they were both uncooperative and Wes was fed up and vowed he was never going to come back with me again....so I will have to put some of those pictures up when I get them back....
